I have been overweight pretty much my whole life. The heaviest I have been is 280. Luckily I don't have any kind of health problems...but I didn't want to wait until I started having problems to try to lose weight and get healthy. I should have done this years ago, honestly though I didn't have the motivation. My husband married me when I was over weight, and he never once told me anything about my weight, in fact he has always told me that I was beautiful, so why even bother to try to be healthy? I had a little girl almost 10 years ago. She is the reason why I have finally decided to get healthier. I don't want her to go down the path I have gone down. I want her to be healthy. I want her to eat right and exercise. She is my motivation.
