I just finished my freshman year of college. And yes, you guessed it, I'm trying to get off my freshman-year weight! Ideally, I want to be back to my driver's license weight of 100 pounds, which, as of 6/28, is 8 pounds away. The good news is that I've already taken off 6 since being home from school!

I have a BIG problem controlling my cravings; I'm a sucker for sweets, especially CHOCOLATE! I get my chocoholism from my father... gr! So I'm trying to work on that.

In addition to losing weight, or maybe more importantly, I want to slim down and tone up, mainly by reducing calories and fat and increasing protein. Any random tips you may have would be greatly appreciated!

HELPPPP I was doing so well with my diet and was on track to reach my goal for the summer of being my drivers-license weight by the time I got back to school... but I broke and gained back 3+ pounds and am leaving for school tomorrow Crying or Very sad

Anyone have any suggestions or motivation or ANYTHINGGG ?

Body Fat
Sooo I think my muscles are pretty toned up... the only problem is the fat covering them! Do yall know how to reduce body fat without significantly losing muscle? THANKSSS

Detox?
So I just spent a week on vacation at a lake house in Michigan, and as a result my family and I went out to dinner every night. My weight is wayyyyyy up, and I'm looking for ways to detox to try to get rid of as much of the food/water weight as I can... does anyone know how to do this?

Water?
So I have read a lot about water and its benefits for dieting... has anyone noticed a difference? In other words, is it true that drinking more water aids weight loss?

Additionally, has anyone gotten results by drinking 2-3 cups of green tea each day?
