Orville Reddenbacher 100 calorie Kettle Korn is yummy.

Fiber One chocolate bars are pretty tasty. (@140 cals)

Healthy Choice has some really tasty low cal frozen desserts. (100-150 cals)

But, I find that any the above triggers my sugar tooth and then I end up eating a lot more of the above, so buy only one. Smile

Have you tried fruit fried (such as fried bananas) or frozen blueberries microwaved and with a bit of Cool Whip Lite or mwaved apple with walnuts and cinnamon?

I have a good one from the "Fat Resistance Diet" book:
Iced Mocha Latte (110 cals)
1 cup 1 % milk
1 teaspoon chocolate powder (unsweetened)
1 teaspoon instant coffee (I use decaf)
3 ice cubes
Throw in the blender. It's good!

When I am just dying for something sweet, I grab one of my 100 calorie chips ahoy crisps pack. They are really good and pretty much satisfy the craving. Now, if you want something not sweet, I'd recommend the 100 calorie pack mini wheat thins. They go really well with tuna or chicken salad or just on their own.

roll ups are good use a slice of lunch meat and cheese you can also add lettuce, tomato, avocado, mustard.

raw veggies plain or if you cant stand them plain use with lite ranch or use the dressing spritzers (i think one spray is equal to one calorie)

sugar free pudding if you have a sweet tooth

raw almonds or nut mix try adding cranberries or raisins

celery sticks with peanutbutter

cheese and crackers

dried plums (careful with fruit it can be high in carbs)

string cheese

when you snack,,,do you crave the sweet? or the salty?? or is it outright hungry??

I find if i have a little protein in my snack ,,,I get through the in between meal hours much better.

I crave both but mainly sweet... Somtimes it's hungry... but then I know I haven't eaten properly for my last neal.

I have the salty snacks in check I think... a teaspoon of chickpeas usually does the trick...

I think I've developed a sugar addiction Sad

FIBER ONES in any and every flavor.

Hi Sara, Everything that Junkymonkey has said above is correct. The most important though is number 1 - fewer calories in than out. The rest will come with time as you settle into it. Best of luck.
