24g of Splenda is equal to 1 cup of the granulated (fatsecret doesn't have the option of this measurement). The applesauce is the unsweetened variety and the pudding is the instant variety.

I have to say this was very disappointing, which is a shame because I was excited about it. It tasted just like a spoonful of Splenda. Maybe I'm just particularly sensitive to it. The thing is, it was way too sweet, too. It didn't need that much sweetener. If I were going to try it again I would try cutting the Splenda in half, but I don't think I'm going to anytime soon.
