Directions
- Add all items in a medium bowl.
- Mix well.
- With a spoon, scoop out desired size balls onto non-stick sprayed cookie sheet.
- Bake for 15 min on 425° F (220° C).
- Note: you can use yogurt instead of pumpkin and add in apples and bananas, too.

These were so awful and tasteless. Not sweet enough!

These were really good! I added 3 more packets splenda and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. The blueberries were very melty and yummy and the cookie was very moist and cakey. I will try to bake these in a pan so I can cut them into smaller servings, because I ate way too many last night!
