My parents are both on high blood pressure medication and my dad had a heart attack at the age of 57. My father-in-law has similar health issues. It's time to be serious about what goes into my body (and family's bodies) and get active!
Since 2005 I've been hanging around 145-150 mostly. I'm OK with that, but only OK. Lately I've been creeping beyond 150 and enough is enough.
I know what I need to eat.
I know what good portion control is.
I know exercise is essential.
I know I can get to my goal weight of 135 lbs.
I know I can become a happier, healthier me along with a happier/healthier family in the process.

Goal 1 150 lbs ---> Met! 2/28/13 149.8 lbs
Goal 2 145 lbs ---> Met! 9/26/13 144.8 lbs
Goal 3 140 lbs
