I am going to be 30 next month. I read somewhere recently that 30 was the key point in a woman's life when her metabloism really slows down. I know everyone is different, but wanted to ask all of you your experiences after passing this milestone. Thanks for any replies. Wink

Well, my metabolism certainly slowed down after I hit 30. And it certainly didn't help that I never watched what I ate or exercised either.

Mini Goal: 170 lbs by Christmas Goal Met: 11/27/08

New Mini Goal: 160 lbs by Christmas - Almost made it & then gained over Christmas! Sad

New Mini Goal: 150 lbs by my Birthday - March 12, 2009 (Didn't reach this goal Sad)

New Mini Goal: 156 lbs (10 pound loss) by July 22, 2009
