I am going to be 30 next month. I read somewhere recently that 30 was the key point in a woman's life when her metabloism really slows down. I know everyone is different, but wanted to ask all of you your experiences after passing this milestone. Thanks for any replies. Wink

Well, my metabolism certainly slowed down after I hit 30. And it certainly didn't help that I never watched what I ate or exercised either.

Mini Goal: 170 lbs by Christmas Goal Met: 11/27/08

Lettuce like THAT would be fine. That doesn't sound bad at all! Except we don't have that restaurant here. Probably any place can make something like that though! Thanks for the advice :)
