Loosing it
with 14 grandchildren there is always a lot of birthday cake around so when I turned 50 I announced to everyone (all know I diet ) that I don't know whats happened but ive suddenly realised I don't like cake and ice cream so now I don't get offered as much and ive begun to believe it myself and I don't eat as much could I do that with chocolate mnmnmnmnmn ....maybe not !!!!!!!!!

Subsitutes for Soda Pop and other Sugary Beverges?
sugar free cola ( I know some people object ),sugar free cordial that you add water to to make up a glass this works out cheap as well as low calorie and low sugar,caffeine free tea

Hardest thing I have ever had to admit to myself.
i think that because i didnt like receiving the nice comments and being noticed it was easier for me to stay fat stupid ...all my life just because i didnt really feel loved as a child i was confused about the attention

Food diary should have a notes section!
i think they should have a suggestions thing to clickon for feed back as i would like to be able to organise my cookbook into savoury and sweet and breakfasts dinners and teas etc
or even aphabetically
