Directions
- Preheat oven at 400 °F (205 °C).
- Combine ketchup and mustard, stir with a whisk. Reserve 2 1/2 tbsps of ketchup mixture.
- Combine remaining ketchup mixture, beef and the remaining ingredients in a large bowl, stirring to combine.
- Divide beef into six equal portions and put in a 6 piece muffin pan coat lightly with cooking spray.
- Spread the reserved ketchup mixture evenly into the meatloaves.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until done.

This will be simple to fix. It has very few ingredients which will make it lower in fat.

Love these! I switched up the ingredients a bit, but they are the perfect size. Hubby loved 'em too!

I liked this recipe as is except next time I will add more seasoning and less Dijon mustard or use regular mustard. The Dijon gave it too sweet of a taste. Loved the size of the "loaves" as well.
