I own my own company, work too many hours, and have a really nice life. My problem is that I think I have "backwards Anorexia". I look in the mirror, and I think I look pretty good, I leave the house feeling confident. Then I see a photo, and I'm like, "who is that fat lady, that's not me"!

I am pretty active, but not aerobic. I live by the beach and have a pool so I swim and we walk the dogs, etc. I like healthy foods, fruits and vegetables....so there is no reason I can't get to a reasonable weight, and then maintain it.

I love data, databases, logical solutions and competitions, so this website / app is perfect for a girl like me! I am very excited.

I really feel like this is the time for me to take off this weight, and finally keep it off.

70 pounds = an Irish Setter - appropriate for an Irish girl this close to St. Patty's. And this is Cracking me up because I have 3 dogs, one of whom weighs 3 lbs so I always count in "Luna's" - "I've lost 23 Luna's" and one day I looked at my husband and said, "I've lost a Trixie!" (60 lbs).

When you go into "weight history"...
I didn't even know there was a blue, but I hit it yesterday. So I can say for sure that over 95% is blue Wink

1200 Calories written in STONE , What's with that?
I've lost 28lbs since October, and I stay in the 880-1200 range. If I go over that I just don't lose weight. I am trying to cut out as many processed foods as possible and just eat clean. So far, I am feeling great and looking forward to summer so that I can do long ocean swims as my exercise. Right now I am walking, and targeting 7,500 steps during the week, and 10,000 on the weekends. Once I get back to swimming, I expect to increase my daily to 1200 - 1500Kcal.
