Hi Fellow Fat Fighter! So I am 25 and have been on this site for a year now and have lost 1lbs in a year!! For the last year I was in a job I hated and my fiancé worked in the evenings, so I was alone and hating things. Emotional eating was my biggest habit, happy, sad, you name it I did it with food. I would gorge on things thinking that I have had one I might as well have another.
Now I have a new job that I LOVE, Morel has a 9-5 job and everything is so much more positive. I lost 12lbs. I read this really good book recently that is called "Just 10lbs" and it made some great points. My main aim is to get down to 13 and half stone (around 190lbs).
I have always struggled with my weight and always been big BUT now is the time for change. I’m ready for it and want it. I know there will be fall backs (put on 5lbs in 4 days over a birthday weekend) but this is a long journey that you have to fight for everyday.
This is my mantra:
"I love my body, I love my life, I love Morel. Today I am going to make healthy choices both mentally and physically. I am going to have positive thoughts today because I deserve to have the body and image I want. I am in control of everything I do, think and eat. I am proud of my figure and am succeeding in my goal. ONLY I CAN SUCCEED, I CONTROL MY CHOICES. By choosing the healthier option I am choosing to be slimmer. So far I have lost...lbs"
