Need to get the weight under control. I have always tried to do it completely on my own, only to fail. This time I will ask for and accept all the help I can get.

I am 33 years old, married, Active Duty Military, and struggling to stay in standards. I don't want to loose my job because I can't control myself! I want to change my lifestyle, to be healthier and happier. This time I am becoming informed and motivated.

Starting Tomorrow!(Am I The Only One?)
By over-indulging before starting a diet, I think it sets you up for failure. To successfully loose weight, I don't think you should have to give up all the good things that you love, just adjust how much you eat them, how often you eat them, and counter balance that with exercise. By having the big meal, you have designated those foods in your mind as "bad", then when you have one (or all!) of them after you have started dieting you feel like you have failed, and that can lead to giving up completely.
Good luck to you. I have been following FatSmash for over a month and now I have new favorite foods! Looking forward to your success...

Adding Left-overs
Would LOVE to have an option of adding "Last Nights Dinner" to the following days lunch, for those of us who eat a lot of left-over! Would make it so much easier than having to re-input everything again.
Otherwise - this site is FANTASTIC!
Thanks,
Jendy

fat smash phase II question
I read it to mean that yes, you can have both each day, at different meals, and not in consecutive meals.

Picking a diet
I have been on Fat Smash for 10 days, and have lost 7 lbs as of yesterday. I haven't suffered at all, and you can eat all the fruits and veggies you want. The first Phase, Detox (don't be alarmed - it's nothing weird!) you basically eat vegetarian. I haven't been hungry, have a healthy snack in the evening, and have lost weight! I highly recommend it.

Back on Fat Smash - 1st day
All right: Official Fat Smash end of Phase 1 weigh in: 7 lbs lost! I am thrilled with that result! Only 25 more to go to reach my first goal... By may 15th. Totally a reasonable accomplishment! (Yea, Me!)
