Hi all. Just got my book today & I start phase 2 tomorrow. I just want to make sure I am reading this correctly. In regards to the meat & seafood. Is the book saying that you can have 3-4oz of meat AND 3oz of seafood in a day? or do you have to pick either seafood or one of the specified meats?

I read it to mean that yes, you can have both each day, at different meals, and not in consecutive meals.
