Hi everyone. I decided to updated my bio.

As you could see from my weight history, I'm following the same pattern as I always followed when it comes to weight. I was at 130 and I wasn't happy, when I look back at that, I was happy and focused so much on the scale that I failed by overeating junk food and gaining weight back. I am working very very hard on making small changes at a time. So this time I'm making mini goals and writing them down. I'm hoping I can stick to it this time - BEFORE the holiday's get here and then I gain even more weight.

My 1st mini goal is to make it at least 5 days with NO cheating!
My 2nd: get to 145 and not jump up to 150 the next day from eating everything in sight!
My 3rd - get to 140 2 weeks after hitting 145
My 4th - continue on a good pattern but allow myself a reward snack on occasion(a 150 calorie mcdonald's ice cream cone which I love) as long as I ate healthy all day long.
My 5th - get to 135 3 weeks after hitting 140
Final goal - hit 130 and if I want to get lower, great, if not, then be happy.
Everyday goal - continue exercising (which I love to do), I know sounds crazy! It's a stress reliever. But just because I exercise does not mean I can eat poorly!

I think these are obtainable goals. I have been so good on most days but when I'm bad, I make up for being so good the other days. So I will keep reminding myself MODERATION!!!!!

Starting AGAIN today
Hi everyone. I'm starting back really good today. I am not weighing in because I decided that scales mess with my progress. Not having my scale (since I gave it to my cousin) has not been good for me because for 3-4 weeks now, I haven't followed a diet - YIKES! I ate horrible but since I love to work out, I did keep that up. I went on my cruise, went to the shore 2 weekends in a row (which always consists of taking kids for ice cream), french fries on the boardwalk, pizza. Bad bad choices. But from eating like that, I feel horrible and am looking forward to eating healthy. Since I have no idea what I weigh, I'm sure it's back up there. I would say around 140 maybe higher Sad (I can tell by what clothes fit). I'm also giving myself NO time frame this time around. Just doing it as a way of life and I know the weight will come off.

Morning star veggies burgers
Thanks. I'll have to check it out. I think the forum for 3 fat chicks is the one I found but then forgot about since it seems like I've been on detox phase forever Smile I just cannot get past 10 days. I'll be at 10 days right before my cruise and then after, I may do a few days of detox but going right to 2nd phase. I'll have to definitely start eating these burgers so that I can stick to it. I did enjoy them and felt very satisfied long after only eating 1.

Morning star veggies burgers
Hi everyone. Over the weekend I had a Morning Star Tex Mex Black Bean burger. They were amazing. Do you think they are allowed in detox phase. I'm trying to just avoid anything other than natural foods for this detox before my cruise next week. But after the cruise, I'm sure I'll need to detox again, but I will want to incorporate those burgers for variety. I believe it was just corn, black beans and brown rice and some other things but definitely no cheese or walnuts like some have. I almost liked them as much as the 100% black angus beef burgers that my family enjoys.

Egg White Recipe
Thank you. I'll have to try it. I want the protein from the egg whites because of lifting weights 3x a week (and I don't want to give that up even though I'm supposed to). Sounds pretty good. I also read someone made cinnamon oatmeal muffins for the morning. I want to try them as well.

Egg White Recipe
Hi everyone. I'm looking for a good egg white recipe. It's hard because I don't like the veggies that usually go in eggs. I really only like the basic veggies but not peppers, spinach or mushrooms. I love oatmeal and could eat it every morning but I would like to change it up. I need a recipe that hides the egg flavor. When I was doing South Beach I would make 1 whole egg and mix it with low fat cheese and 1 piece of turkey bacon crumbled in it. Now that was good, because I couldn't taste the egg. Thanks.
