I am 37. I have never been married, no children. I live with my boyfriend in North Bay. I am from Ottawa, ON. I graduated from University (psychology) and College (vet assistant). I worked in an animal shelter for almost 7 years. I joined Goodlife Fitness Centre about a month ago. I am trying to do 6 days of excercise- alternating cardio and weights. My biggest issue seems to be portion control.... and that I don't tend to eat regular meals so by the time I eat I am famished.
I used to weigh 220, now I am at 186. My immediate goal is to be in the 160's and then my ultimate goal is to weigh 140. It has been a very long time since I was that weight..... probably 11 years.... I am 5'6. My boyfriend is in very good shape, kind of annoying really, however he joined the gym with me so that he can be my personal trainer :)
