UPDATE: Ate a bunless burger for at a farewell lunch for a colleague and then went out for appetizers and drinks after work with some business friends. Had the amazing pork belly shown below. Posted my location on Facebook and my daughter surprised me by showing up! She was in a Lyft car on her way from the train station after a business trip and she redirected him to me! She and I came home together and had another late night snack. Weighed in at 220.8 with tons of glycogen in me! One more day at work but will definitely be fasting Friday and through the weekend.
