what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I am 64 my height is 5’3” my weight is 76.5kg (168 lbs) I have 1.5kg to goal but struggling to get there. Then I would like to set new goal of 70kg.

To many carbs?
I am loving this site, have been a member now for about 4 weeks.

What I am interested in is that when you log what you eat each day it breaks it down so you can see carbs etc.....this is where my problem is and my weight loss is slow I am thinking now its the carbs....Any suggestions would be appreciated, I am thinking more protein.
