Hi all,
I am a father of three young men, 1 in middle school, his elders, are both in high school.

I’ve been happily married to the same wife for the last 16 years, together for 18.

I want to blame the long commute to work, 1.5 hours each way, 9 hours in a high stress job for the reason for my excess weight but truth is, I have violated the universal calorie rule: If you eat more calories than your body needs, you will store it as fat.

It's a new year and going to make better food and exercise decisions so I can sculpt the body of my dreams and get to a healthy weight.
