Trying to get rid of the 20 pounds that wont go away. Atkins works well but when I stop I gain it back. I keep going back and forth, but I am grateful that over the past three years I have stayed around the current weight and not gotten heavier.

Lately I have been weight lifting (barbells only). This give me something to look forward to "gaining" rather than constantly trying to "lose".

Currently I am fasting a few days a week.

I plan to do a water only fast next week. Until now I have been doing liquid only fasts.

Why would a person want to do it? For me, it works. Turns out my body can live of the fat stored in my body. I do take vitamins however...
