Started eating healthy, along with my husband, in October 2017. Finally made the commitment to slim down, now that we are retired. First time actually eating for nutritional value and not solely because food tastes good. I have Fibromyalgia, so exercising can be a bit tricky. We started off with a supplement program and after the initial week have adjusted the program, as far as which supplements we've stay with and eating Keto. Not super strict, but still keeping with the low carbs. I'm halfway to my goal and for the first time in years, I'm feeling good!
