Woke at 225.4, up 8.2 from yesterday. Turns out the pork belly I ate last night gave me a pork belly! I am retaining water and feel like a jellyfish. I will fast until after work when I have another function. But will fast hard on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to try to drop this water. UPDATE: Went out for drinks again but ate very little. But I drank a ton of beer. I have had more beer this week than in the past three years! Got very little sleep this week as well. Will sleep in tomorrow. All the beer was a superb diuretic and I made it to 218.8 by the end of the day. Lots more water to lose!

Was it a bit salty? Looked amazing though! I still managed to wait until 1pm to break my fast today so feeling pretty pleased with myself :)

Thanks, Keilin and Phooka! Yes, it was very salty! But wonderful! Congrats on successfully reaching 1 pm despite seeing those photos first thing in the morning!

Water retention is the worst. Well if it were fat, I guess that would be the worst..... ha ha! .... but we know you don't gain that much weight overnight. It will come back off again. You would be a great candidate for having a sauna. Sweat that fluid right out!

Hi, Kattay, Kathy, and Mom! I flushed a lot of beer through and that lost me some weight but put a few pounds back on the next day. Going to be a fasting weekend!
