Weighing in ideas?
I weigh myself once a week in the local chemist. I find bathroom scales can be very inaccurate. My sis-in-law's scale will record different weights depending on where in the room she puts it!!!! Rolling Eyes

Also you weigh more/less at different times of the day! I actually look forward to weighing once a week. It encourages me to be good throughout the week cause I know that I only want to see a loss not a gain. Having said that it's what each person is comfortable with. If you use it as motivation then all well and good.
