Freezing Meals Ahead of Time
I have a nuwave oven and it works perfectly for me. When I get home I put some fish, or chicken breast in it frozen or thawed, and add my own seasoning and it takes no more that 15 minutes and after I work out, my meal is there in the oven ready to be eaten. I love the nuwave oven it allows me to eat fresh cooked food daily and quickly and it comes out tasting great every time.

Anyone eat before a workout?
Everybody is different. I cant eat before a workout in the morning but when I workout in the afternoon I can eat about 2-3 hours before I workout. But eating to close to a workout would make me vomit, it has happend before. Just do what your body tells you to do.

Insanity with thoughts!
I havent done a workout like this in along time!!! I love it though, i myself didnt make it through the 1st workout the way I thought i would, but i know that i gave it my best and cant wait to see the results! it is something that you can do in the privacy of your own home while tracking your own progress!!!i love it!!! try it out!!!
