Okay so looking at my diet, I think I am eating too much fat daily. My gola the next time I go grocery shopping is to come up with as many meal plans that I can with less fat and salt. I want to lose about 2.5 lbs a week. I have increased my cardio and I am looking forwardto stepping on that scale Sunday morning and seeing how much progress I have made thus far. This is week one of a new beginning for me so I amd hoping that I work out all the kinks to my new plan and get great results!

So I bought everything I need for this week to maintain my diet! and I am excited about getting back into running and working out!!! We will see how tomorrow goes, I plan on going for a nice run in the morning and then a little weight lifting and and insanity work out in the afternoon! hope i can fit it all in with a well balanced diet!!! Ready to see results. Im taking it one day at a time and this time I am determined to stay on track, sooooo here I go! Wish me luck!!!

been off my diet for about a month now...been off the whole month too! my job has been getting me down lately, so im getting back on my game this week and weekend! Wanted to have progress by now, but i will just have to push through this next few months until October, I want to be in tip top shape by then!!!
