This group is for FatSecret members to discuss any topics related to P90X. There are other online forums for P90X, but the hope is that this group will give specific advice on how to use FatSecret tools to better track progress through P90X.
For instance, members of this group might submit P90X nutrition plan recipes and share them with others. Recipes for alternative recovery drinks or nutrition bars could be added. Members might report on the calories they burned during each of the exercise sessions. Any suggestions on how to make tracking P90X progress using FatSecret easier and faster would be welcome!
