Ran today and felt good!!
Way to go sbthomps!!!!! I ran today as well ... Around 4 miles and I am completely exhausted!! I am hoping that I would be able to run on the first day of the challenge!!!

Ready for this
I am not a runner yet but want to be. I ran/walked a 5k last weekend under 45 min which was my goal and plan to run a couple more by the end of summer. This challenge will help me get outside and do it!
