Anything I know the words to or just gets me super pumped. no doubt, black eyed peas, etc, or any one hit wonders. I also like anything thats kind of sexy and fun to really get into your workout with like rude boy by rihanna or ride by ciara.

"This is the New Year" by Ian Axel. The video on You Tube is great too. Very energetic and fun.

I have lots of friends who are dj's so I have whole dj sets I've put on my mp3 of them spinning records. Always high energy, good for long walks or bike rides. I recommend four4ths.com, they have a "free stuff" area where you can download mp3s of just songs or whole dj sets. Soundcloud.com is also good, but you can't always download from there. I also recommend last.fm for those with smartphones, seed something like David Guetta...when I'm tired of hearing the same music I do that too.

I listen to Tiesto's Weekly Podcast via Google Listen on my HTC-Android!....It has the perfect start middle and end in terms of beats/min for my time on the Eliptical. Plus it is super high energy!

I'm a rock guy by heart, but I've dug back and found some older Crystal Method tracks with some other "rave" type tunes. They're great to get you fired up to ramp up the intensity.

"I Love Myself Today" by Bif Naked... I've found myself acting in a music video only I could hear while walking, much to my chagrin.

"I Believe in a Thing Called Love" by The Darkness

Classic -- "Two of Hearts" by Stacey Q

Most of the Killers faster songs are a good beat for me without actually killing me.

I love to run to anything funk - James Brown, Black Eyed Peas, the P-Funk all stars, etc, etc. It gets me motivated to move!

How long do you all work out for?
It depends on the type I do. Usually 25-30 min of weights and/or HIIT. I really like a free website called fitnessblender.com. Lots and lots of different types of workouts and lengths there.
