Tired of being chubby! now that i've actually figured out that losing weight is basically a numbers game i've come up with a way to get it done that works for me, and fat secret is a great deal of help...I exercise 7 days a week and i love it..i'm even starting to get addicted to exercising...now that i have my momemtum back plus motivation, i feel i can do this....when i first started i was at 213..now im 201....i wanna get down to 170 and then decide if I wanna keep losing...not in a rush, im doing it slowly. My mom had gastric bypass surgery and she looks GREAT...but i dont wanna go that route, thats just an easy way out, but she was one of the people who gave me the motivation. I'm in the middle of a mass makeover!!! I had a breast reduction back in October or 2010 so that also motivated me to lose weight so i wouldnt be a big girl with little breasts! LOL! I also have some upcoming vacations this year and I wanna look great in my swimwear! Wish me luck!

Can a calorie deficit be converted into weight? Or weight loss?
WOW 3500 cals equals a pound? I didnt know that!!!!!! I thought it was 2500.

Lifting weights
I agree with Sherilyn, i had 3 sessions with a personal trainer and i learned sooo much...now i'm taking weight lifting group classes at my gym for the extra coaching and extra support.
