I am going good with the water and exercise but 1500 calories is hard especially when you have burn 300-500 doing the 45 minute workout.;)

I used to workout during my lunch hour (back when I had a full hour for lunch) then eat at my desk when I finished. If you don't have access to exercise equipment, go for a brisk walk or bring some ...
