Quesadilla Turkey Burgers
Delicious burger with turkey, Mexican cheese, salsa, lettuce and tomato in a tortilla.

Directions
- Cook burger to well done.
- Soften tortilla in microwave, place burger in middle of tortilla with rest of ingredients.
- Fold over until it resembles a disc and put on grill, panini maker, or George Foreman grill until warm.

I added peach mango salsa and a whole wheat tortilla, it takes the calories down and adds more fiber/protein.
