Hello everyone! I weighed 286 pounds in January of 2010. Then I got to 30 of my weight goal to have my doctors tell me to get off of the Atkins diet. I was depressed and ballooned up to almost 300 pounds by the end of December 2011. My goal is 130 pounds. That means I need to lose 170 pounds. This website is just what I needed to keep me in check. The support of friends here is a gift that can not be measured. We are in this together. My tag is....We Can Do It With God's Help and the help from our Fatsecret buddies. Thank you to everyone. If I can encourage someone else along the way then I will feel that I have paid it forward. May God bless all of you in your journey.

Mostly what I want is what most of you have already posted and that is to be healthy. It's not a vanity thing like can I look good in a bikini...I haven't even brought myself to even put on a swim suit in years. I do want to be around for the people I love and to do community work too. Thanks for asking this question Lily.

Equal- Aspartame
Thank you Evie for this information. I know that airline pilots are not allowed to have aspartamine in their systems before flying. There must be a reason for this kind of rule and now you have confirmed it. Thanks again for your information.
