Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- Cook sausage in pan and drain.
- Slice jalapenos open, clean out seeds and membrane.
- Mix sausage and cream cheese together well.
- Stuff jalapeno with mixture.
- Place on foil lined baking sheet, bake for 15-25 minutes (depending on how well you want them cooked).

O EEMMM GEEE!!! these were the so good I ate 2 (blush) but totally worth it... and believe it or not I was still under my calories for the day!!

These tasted good but for some reason the stuffing wouldn't stay in my pepper. LOL Messy but good. :)

Deeeelish! Thanks for sharing. Here in no-mans-land Texas, they make these without the sausage. In place of it, they wrap a piece of bacon (probably have a slice) around it and grill them. Yum! The one you posted is uber deeelish too! Thank you!

If you want a bit more spice, leave a few seeds (depending on how hot you want them) in each pepper. Sometimes, instead of leaving the seeds in the peppers I will just put a few in the mixture prior to stuffing the peppers.
