Can I eat (XXX) low carb food?
During induction it's 20 grams of net carbs - substract the grams of fiber from the total carbs to get net carbs. 12-15 of those should be from foundation vegetables.

Atkins cheese?
How many servings is your recipe, make sure you divide by the number of servings. If it is only one serving, save it for after induction.
