Morning weigh in of 199.6. Will eat about 1800 calories today but will do an hour treadmill before dinner. That should get me to 198 something.
198.8 lb Lost so far: 126.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You nailed it, Brent! Keep being right! : ) Hey, ClassicRocker, it's all the same game to me at this point... still 'losing' but going slower... Looks like I'll get at least 100 more calories per day in August and that's a bonus!

Hey Draglist, I got to experience what it's like to gain 13 pounds in 3 days. Totally unfun and also kind of hilarious at the same time. Then to lose 6 pounds in two days and realize that it's mostly water, but still...wow. It's because I've seen you do it that I didn't totally freak out. Thank you for blazing the trail and showing that minor setback can be beaten with minimal effort and a little help from your friends!
