You're doing GREAT!! And WOW!! The information you provided! I saw the plan you're on and I must say, I am VERY interested. I've looked it up online a little bit but didn't find any specific information aside from your blog site. Do you think you could direct me to where I can find the most accurate info and instruction on how to follow the plan? I'd really appreciate it! Best Wishes with your weigh-in tomorrow!! Thanks Draglist--I appreciate the numbers--It's easy to get turned around with RDI's and deficits, etc. I'm ready to get rid of these last 17 pounds. I'll try 1300 for a while and see what happens!
