My info here was from 02/2020. WOW !!! life has changed so much since Friday Thurs 03-12-2020 when they sent us to work from home. 1st day working from home a Friday the 13th. We are still working from home and our buildings are for sale.

I'm back as I have gained weight back by not following my way of eating and exercise plan. I need to get back on track.

I am now 73 and hoping to retire before I turn 74. Time to get out from behind that desk!! I bought 4 acres of woods
with a little cabin on it in July. I can't wait to start building my house. I need to get back in shape to be able to keep up @ my new place. Lots of outdoor things to do, a couple miles from a big lake, daughter and SIL live down the hill and lots of friends in the area many are retired.

HI, unfortunately the forums are not very active. Post in your journals and you will have more responses. I love this site as without the support here I would not be where I am today. About 70 pounds lost and around goal for 4.5 years. I wish all of your the best on this journey. I totally believe that feeling good about yourself is crucial to weight loss and becoming healthy in body and soul. Without balance in your life nothing works properly. Everything in your life affects your health and weight loss.

stopped tracking years ago...........it doesnt have to be forever
I stay pretty steady since being on maintenance for a number of years. I tend to track occasionally just as check up on myself.
