Ingredients
Directions
- Heat cooking oil in large saucepan or Dutch oven on medium-high.
- Add onions, mushrooms and green pepper.
- Cook, uncovered, for about 5 minutes, stirring often, until onion is softened.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to blend flavors.

good stuff....i switched it up a bit cuz I don't like mushrooms. I added red peppers in their place, plus I added 2 other extra beans because I had them and I didn't have black beans. All around it was yummy. Thx.
