Hi-- i'm a 37 yr old mother of 2 young girls and recent breast cancer SURVIVOR- YES! and i have found myself gaining close to 50 pds this last year since being dx , surgery, chemo and radiation treatments-- previous to that i had lost 52 pds thru nutrisystem and working out which was only half way my goal.. I feel desperate to get back my energy and regain some normalcy to my life -- i'm hoping fatsmashing is my answer this time as i can't afford nutrisystem this go around and i need a change. My goal is start smashing on Friday 7/20/07.

HCG Warrior Diet Drops??
I use hcg activator...I researched it. Yes you can lose weight on 500 cal alone but it would cause u to possibly lose muscle. Do your research. No, it's not for everyone but there is a science behind it and it does get you in the habit of eating healthy foods. It isn't for the rest of your life. Also, there are 1000/1500 cal options.//and when you google, you also can find 800 cal optios as well. I have lost 12.5 pds over a month eating anywhere from 550 to 1800 cals. And I. It depends on how I feel. Good luck with whatever route u choose. Very Happy

Is there a way to enter weights from earlier dates
when i did this, it post dated to 8/21/11 with an earlier weigh in so now it won't take my current and lower weigh ins-- i even tried re-setting it to begin fresh even though i prefer to start on the date i began my new diet
