Directions
- Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Drop onto preheated skillet by 1/4 cup.
- Cook at medium heat for about 1 1/2 - 2 minutes per side.

ok, so I made these with applesauce and they still taste good. However, in the process I discovered that the calorie count for the brown sugar is off - it is only calculating with 1/4 cup brown sugar. So you need to add 207 kcal to the entire recipe which makes each 118 kcal. No big difference, but Just thought I would pass it on.

Yum! I used Reddi Egg instead of whole egg, nonfat milk instead of soy, left out nutmeg (we don't care for it), and next time I think I will cut down the sugar & use whole wheat pastry flour. I loved them plain, though my partner put butter & toasted chopped pecans on top. :o)
