I'm 50 yrs old and looking to lose 50lbs. I started at 195.6 lbs on 12/31/10 I would like to be down to 125-128lbs. I am determined! Some days are easier than others...but I cannot wait to look good and feel more confident in spring and summer clothing!
I am exercising regularly doing about 1 hr cardio most days with weight-lifting...it feels so good to be more active!
I am loving the changes along the way!
I have 2 daughters, ages 19 and 21, and they and my husband are all thin...that's where I want to be so I can feel better about how i look and enjoy cute clothes again and feel confident wearing a bathing suit! So, by summer, i need to be at my goal weight!
Start weight 12/31/10- 195 lbs
by 3/5/11 goal weight- 160 lbs...reached this goal 3/9/11*
by 4/24/11 goal weight- 145 lbs...reached this goal 5/4/11*
by 7/1/11 goal weight- 140 lbs
by 8/1/11 goal weight- 130 lbs
by 9/1/11 goal weight- 125-128 lbs
