Hello Everybody. I live in Claremont California. I have roller coasted with my weight most of my life. At this point I want to look and feel better. Thank you. That is a good idea. I just wish there was a option to keep track here. On the Atkins sight you click a water drop every time you drink 8oz of water. I liked that feature. Fingers crossed for both of us during our get healthy plight. Take care!!
