Hi! My name is Jenn and where do I start? I'm 47 and I'm a professional dieter, went on my first diet (Scarsdale diet) when I was 13 and have been gaining and losing ever since. I am a diabetic and I have high blood pressure. I lost a great deal of weight a few years back on Atkins, but just gained it all back. . . flash forward to today. . .

I'm giving PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast) a try, so far 5 lbs in 3 days, I think it may be worth a shot. Consistency has always been a problem for me, I'm praying for strength. My plan is to do this for the next 3 months then I will modify it a bit. My first goal is 199, then it's on to 150.Let's see how it goes. . .
