Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I am definetly a food addict!! I've had great success with low carb eating, only to try adding a few carbs back in only to find the weight starting to pile back on. Next thing I know, I'm eating potato chips and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches! I get totally out of control. I realize though that I am stronger than that and my desire to be healthy is a lot more important to me than the next tasty morsel of food. I can't do this alone, I've tried and failed miserably, I've given my God control completely.
