Hello, my name is Jennifer, and I am definetly a food addict!! I've had success in the past low carbing, but found it way to restrictive. I missed whole grains and fruits terribly and felt they are necessary for a balanced diet.I realize though that I am stronger than that and my desire to be healthy is a lot more important to me than the next tasty morsel of food. I've starting counting calories and have found that it's much easier for me to control my weight.I can't do this alone, I've tried and failed miserably, I've given my God control completely.
