Hi! My name is Jenn and where do I start? I'm 47 and I'm a professional dieter, went on my first diet (Scarsdale diet) when I was 13 and have been gaining and losing ever since. I am a diabetic and I have high blood pressure. I lost a great deal of weight a few years back on Atkins, but just gained it all back. . . flash forward to today. . . Low carb just isn't cutting it for me any longer. I finally decided to give Weight Watchers a go and I absolutely LOVE it!
UPDATE : Weight Watchers is my hero - started on 10/20/2016, down 40 lbs so far and YES, you can eat bread everyday!
