I am 46 years old. I work full time (sometimes more) and go to college full time as well. I enjoy spending time in the mountains, hiking, reading, and playing computer and PS3 games. I used to be skinny before kids, but now my sons are both adults and it was past time for mom to lose the extra weight! I started with a goal of losing 30 pounds and I have achieved that. I have now lost over 40 and am looking to get leaner and reduce my body fat percentage. I am 6'0" tall.
I reached my lowered goal of 180 pounds before the end of August, which is a loss of 47 pounds!!! I have gone from a size 18 and 2XL tops to size 10 and larges. :)
I have lost 16.5 inches since April 6, 2012!!

- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week and a minimum of 1.5 hours for each of the days.
