On the weight watchers diet you must count each item. that is, Cauliflower has so many point, olive oil has so many points and whatever else you add. I can't wait to try this. Love the "mashers" at Houlihans.

You don't count the points for Filling Foods if that is the part of the Momentum plan you are following...& the first 2 tsp. of health oil are not counted as well.

TO CNJ4755:
I have been doing WW since Dec and am happy to say I have lost 46 lbs so far. 28 to go. It is my understanding that you EAT filling foods and oil, but you must still COUNT whatever POINTS they are. I always count the points. Check with your leader. Good luck. Helaine

i was not crazy about this...it seemed like it constantly needed something to give it more flavor. i'd add salt but it wouldn't be enough. also, the texture was not very pleasing. any suggestions out there to make it better???

This has always been a favorite of mine. I love the taste of just the cauliflower, olive oil (or vegan butter) and a little tiny pinch of salt, but this is a great base for Cajun, Thai or Indian styles by adding crushed red pepper, ginger and lime, curry, etc. respectively.
