Hells bells going in the wrong direction 177. Today will be better. I'll suck up on the water going to see my daughter 1/12 hrs.away for 3 days , I will try my best . Then next Monday I leave for Hawaii for 10 days so need to get serious.

We have a nice group here . I will check in every day if I can , I think that will help me knowing I have some support and interaction To day I will add more water and no sugar ( that's a biggie ) let's see what happens. Let's do this
