My boyfriend doesn't like "skinny" women?
Having a bit of an arse/chest is a good thing Smile haha How tall are you? Bone structure, muscles, and height can make a big difference.

At the same time, unless you're over six feet tall, 210 is probably not a healthy BMI. Get on a diet that is healthy and will maintain a healthy BMI, and if the boyfriend really loves you he won't mind if you've lost a few extra.

Diet Soda's - Do they slow you down?
I like the stevia (truvia) drinks (like Sprite Green). They don't trigger my sweet tooth the way aspartame and splenda seem to.

May be that the way things like hotdogs are processed is unnatural to what our bodies are used to digesting, so it clogs us up more. I've always been a fan of lean steak personally >D

2, 000 calories a day?
I've learned I lose weight best on around 1200 calories. If you want to eat less than 1000, you need to talk to a doctor/nutrition expert because you have to make sure you're getting adequate nutrition.

What is some really Great SKIN CARE ANY ONE PLEASE
This is a little different and maybe not a classic moisturizer but I like witch hazel. Smile

Also you can put olive oil directly on your skin. I read that this old woman who lived to be 120 did that and she claimed it helped her stay youthful. A cream with collagen is also good.
