I'm on a mission to achieve what I've tried to achieve all my life.
I feel different about it this time around - a lot more determined than ever. I usually give up way before now. I've only made it to this point on two other occasions in my life and I'm still going strong.
I'm really enjoying doing this. My new exercise and diet regime is paying off in so many ways but my favourite is the fact that I am a lot happier and so much more confident.
I'm 27 and work full-time. I live with a friend and love spending time with my boyfriend. However I also love going out drinking with friends for fun and frolics :-)

How do you cheer yourself up?
Hi Guys,

I just wanted to know what you do to make yourselves feel better after a disappointing weigh-in?

It takes me half a day to come out of my first thoughts being 'F*!% this, its pointless!'.....Evil or Very Mad

Wow, a bear?! That's crazy. I think I'd have messed my pants.

( I have to admit I did giggle a bit at the thought of a bear 'crossing the road'! Purely because that would never happen where I live.)

Insomnia and weight loss

I've made myself paranoid!
The above post was not really clear OR what I meant....I mean if I eat 1800 cals instead of my allocated 1600 but burn 2800 calories through exercise thus still leaving a 1000 calorie deficit...will I still be on track to lose 1-2 pounds a week?

I'm glad you brought this up I was wondering about this too.
For example if my allocation is 1600 cals, but I eat 1800, but then do some extra exercise, does that even it out?
