My name represents the goal that brought me here...lose 30 lbs by 30 yrs old. I began around May 2010 with slimfast which did not work...in September 2010 I discovered the benefits of limiting carbs! Now 31 yrs old and down about 40 lbs, I want to maintain and maybe lose another 5 or 10 lbs. However, my main goal is running a 5k! I am utilizing the couch25k and seeing what this self-professed "non-runner" can do!
*UPDATE! I have gained some of my weight back. I find that running makes me a bit hungrier. However, I am seeing muscle definition which I will take! I ran two 2 mile runs so far! Still working up to my 5k :)
