Starting today Wednesday 23rd September... Atkins diet with supplemenets and 1 hour exercise daily. (Exercise can be in any combinations ie 4 by 15 minutes, or 5 x 10 mins) Looking great for 2010.....

kcals are just what are commonly called calories. It's actually 1,000 'true' calories which is where the K comes in.
