Happy Friday, my Best Buddies!
I have my mojo back. Calories are hanging around 1300, and carbs are under 10% the last few days! Idiot Boxes are down over 3 pounds this week although I am still above my last posted weight! I have good energy at the gym and am lifting almost back to my heaviest weights again.
Pushing to make March better than February! My youngest niece gets married in San Diego in October! I got goals for a great new dress!
Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - Tom Venuto
Short Range Goals: * Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10% carbs - better under 10%! * Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - June? * Schedule a bodyfat % reading with trainer for May? * Drink at least 12 - 16 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload
Long Range Goals: 2017 *Bodyfat at 20% (Current 24.5%) by year end 2017 *Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-158lbs staying under goal weight *Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts NEW Words of the Week:“Temptation is not to be feared, but controlled.” I am dedicated, determined and diligent!

Congrats. Are you finding that keeping carbs =<10% easier as time continues? I ask as I am curious... my own experience seems to be indicating such. Maybe its due to my greater veg intake and decreased meats. Maybe the veg higher sugar content provides sugars satiety, and the supplemented fats & inherent plant fiber% curb the hunger. Not sure but, HFLC is awesome! Right?

Yes @ cerobit! HFLC has been my way of eating for a couple years. I was astray in December and Janaury, and glad to be fully back on track!

Glad to hear your mojo is back! I seem to be back on mine, as well. In answer to your question on my journal, yes, I'm pretty much doing 23:1 IF every day. Every now and then, I'll have some nuts as a snack in the evening.
